11-22-23 We started off the morning standing line to see the Today show on the plaza! We were able to see the Texas Tech band perform, sightings of the Today show hosts, a pic with Al Roker, and a pic with Raider Red! We also got some images and videos from friends of sighting of us! One was not very flattering as we were all looking at the window washers above :)
After a stop at Starbucks to sit down and warm up, we went on to Time Square for the Texas Tech pep rally. Notice the pics of the huge billboard behind us that was taken over by Texas Tech!
Kyle and his boss Jamie found each other!
We got to spend time with the Wades!
After the pep rally, we went to the New York Public Library
Then we walked from there to Macy's to see the decorations and go look inside!
Then we walked from there back to Rockefeller Center to see the ice skating rink and the Christmas tree!
Next up was the Flat Iron Building! It is currently under construction.
Then we went to the Harry Potter store where we looked around and got Butterbeer Ice Cream!
Someone told us before we left Lubbock that we had to have hotdogs from a street vendor, so we did!
To end the evening we went to the Nederlander Theatre to see Shucked!
