5-24-16 After Buddy Field day, it was time to serve at St. Benedicts.  Jacen helped for a while, but then lost interested and decided to play on Daddy's phone :)
Darla and Vicki, two of the sweet ladies on our St. Benedict's team, knew I had won teacher of the year for Bennett, so they got us cupcakes from Cake to celebrate.  They were so yummy!!
5-25-16 My 5th grade Homeroom class!!!
5-25-16 I put Jacen to work on our first half day.  He got to sort out Free Market money, so it will be ready for next year!!

Jacen wanted us to take a selfie :)
Jacen giving Mrs. Dulin her end of year gift!
I gave my students a Beach ball with a saying the saying "You worked hard this year, have a ball this summer" on it from Pinterest of course!  The idea was to have them sign each other's as an end of year idea.  They enjoyed more than I thought they would.  Then of course the boys decided it was more fun to throw the balls instead of sign them :)
The girls following instructions :)
Then we played Disney and NFL kahoot!  The kids had a blast!
After school pic with Mrs. Dulin :)
5-26-16 After leaving school, we met up with Daddy at Covenant to deliver all of the Legos that were donated at Jacen's party.  The Child Life specialists were really sweet this year.  They wanted us to unpack them all and take some pics for their website.  I snapped some pics too while they did!  We are not allowed to go to any patients rooms anymore because of patient confidentiality, so he didn't get to actually deliver any.  They were very appreciative and said they were just talking about being low on Legos.  They said those are very popular with the kids.
Daddy got Jacen a Lego set from the store.  We are so proud of Jacen for asking for donations instead of gifts from his friends at his birthday party each year.
Our evening walk to see the horses!
