The Boys are 11 Months Old!!!!

We had another eventful week but not many pictures. Nathan had his bloodwork and weight check this week. His bloodwork looked about the same, but his weight was down 4 oz. So we are increasing his feedings from 5 oz to 6 oz. Nathan continues to go to the chiropractor twice a week and is a much happier baby. The cleaning lady came as well as food delivered from our church family. Thank you to Monterey!!!!!! Patches turned 4 on Friday. I had a giftcard from Kristin and Jennifer to get a massage from Erin. I got to use that on Tuesday while Jennifer, Kristin, and Staci watched the boys! Thank you!!!! We also had girls night for Tara's baby shower. That was lots of fun!

NATHAN

Daddy and Nathan Time

Nathan in his ECI chair with his "boxing gloves" on his hands. He seems to really enjoy sitting in the chair, looking around, and moving his arms and legs.

JACEN

Jacen loves cell phones!

Jacen loves playing with the water jugs and was very curious about the dishwasher.

Daddy and Jacen time!

He actually pulled the bowl off the shelf to get to the diapers. He still prefers things besides toys!

Let's chase Patches!!!!

Kristin's House

We went to Kristin's house while the cleaning lady was at our house. Nathan fell asleep in his carseat before I could get him out. Nathan did a wonderful job bottling away from our house for the first time. Jacen had fun playing with Hayden, Annie, Hudson, their toys, and the doggie door. Thank you for Kristin for letting us come visit!!!

Birthday, Family, Small Group, and Playtime

Our Sunday School class had Small Group Sunday night and then went to eat afterwards at Taco Villa. This was the first time for Nathan to go to a "restaurant" and for us to go to Small Group since before the boys were born. We are slowly getting out and doing more things.

We celebrated Kyle's birthday again on his actual birthday. He opened his card from the boys and a gift from his Mom and James.

NATHAN

Kyle's Mom came to visit for the week. I remembered to get the camera out a few times. Nathan did tummy time, wore his ECI splints, tried out his ECI seat, snuggled with Granny, and got a picture and a letter from Makynli and Madelyn (daughters of couples in our Sunday School class).

JACEN

My Mom and Kevin came this past weekend to help me since Kyle was in San Angelo. Jacen enjoyed some Grandpa time.

Jacen enjoys touching teeth. Maybe he will be a dentist :)

Jacen finally decided this past week to hold his own bottle.

Practicing standing at the music table.

Jacen loves to play with so many different things besides the toys still!!!!

He LOVES books!

Daddy decided it would be funny for Jacen to try a dill pickle.

Daddy let Jacen watch Blue's Clues. He loved it!

He still doesn't always crawl "normally".

Grandma and Momma decided to put the laundry basket on Jacen's head. He wasn't too sure. It wasn't like his normal caps.

Exploring by pulling drawers open and then closing them.

He still likes doorstops. He is really interested now in what things sound like.

Grandma, Grandpa, and Momma were getting the boys ready for a stroller ride.

Here is our other baby :)

JACEN

Jacen started crawling instead of army crawling this week.

He is everywhere now even under my scrapbook table.

Why stand when he can reach it kneeling?

REAL green beans :)

Jacen is pulling up on everything now.

Jacen wanted in Nathan's swing. He was so happy!

Cute smile!!!!!!

Jacen still prefers other things besides toys.

Nathan can get really far when he is MAD!!!!!

Tummy Time!

JUMP FOR NATHAN

Our Sunday School class had a benefit for Nathan with Bounce houses, concession stand, silent auction, baby boutique, and bake sale. We went for a little while, but Jacen didn't like the baby bouncer at all!!!!

Daddy and his boys :)

Alison and Nathan. She was one of his therapists in NICU.

Thank you to our wonderful Sunday School class for holding such a wonderful event for us. We really appreciate all of you!!!!

Kyle's Birthday

Since we had family in town we celebrated Kyle's birthday a little bit early.

Kyle pretending to blow out the candles because I missed the shot.

We had Family Commitment Sunday at church. None of my pictures that I took were worth putting on the blog :( After a brunch which included a talk by Brian Offutt, visiting, and gifts, all the babies born this year were recognized and prayed over during church service. Kyle and Kathy made an awesome video. Thank you to all who made it a wonderful day!
