November 2019 Part 2 - Time with Jennifer, Frozen 2, Elf the Musical, Christmas decorating and more!

11-15-19 Our 5th grade team going on a Sonic run for the Social Committee November birthday drinks!!!!

Then that evening we spent time with my friend from college Jennifer.  She spent a few days seeing friends here as well as speaking to two churches who support her mission work in Africa!!!  It was so great to see her!!!

11-16-19 More time with Jennifer!!!

Kyle and Jacen went to a friend's house for the Tech game where we won the Queso cook off, so Jacen is holding the "trophy" a red and black rubber scraper!

11-17-19 Family Game night!

11-18-19 Jacen has decided he wants to try baseball again, so he is practicing in the backyard!

11-19-19 Mommy Jacen night watching Charlie Brown Halloween and playing Sequence!

Then that evening was the Thanksgiving meal with children's ministry.  Jacen got to sit at the table we hosted!!!

11-21-19 Thanksgiving lunch at school!  I finally was able to be there with Kyle and Jacen since Jacen is in my class this year!  Kyle brought us Popeyes (Jacen's request!)

Decorating Christmas sacks to be donated to Wolfforth Meals on Wheels as well as a school wide soup collection!!  So awesome!

11-23-19 That morning we went to Alamo for a Cereal Party to watch Frozen 2!!!  It was awesome.  Then that evening we watched Moonlight Musicals Production of Elf!!!

11-24-19 Family Movie night!

11-25-19 Jacen and I decorated the house, the tree, and his little tree for Christmas while listening to K-Love Christmas music!!!  It is always a bittersweet time as we remember Nathan.  Right after the stocking pic we had a moment crying about Nathan.  I got emotional looking at Nathan's ornaments all together before putting them on the tree.  There are the two when he was with us and the ones we have bought each year in his memory as well as some from Lisa in his memory.

11-7-19 Social Studies group work, Math group work and stories that Jacen wrote in Mrs. LaQuey's class!

11-9-19 Another Tech game with friends!  Jacen is so patient and kind to the little kids!!!

Then it was family Pokemon Go time after the game!!

11-11-19 UIL Day!  Jacen participated in 5th Grade Chess Puzzles.  He got 4th place out of all of the Frenship and Lubbock Cooper Elementary Schools!  We are so proud of him.  We celebrated by going to have pizza and ice cream!!!
