First Week of 2011

We always keep busy during the week with appointments, therapy, visitors, and our daily routine.  We had a pretty good week until Thursday when Nathan's "normal" congestion seemed to be bothering him more.  He would scream after coughing.  He was worn out from coughing, so he wanted to sleep a lot.  So we ended up in the ER Thursday evening where they determined he has RSV.  Wow!!!  I never would have guessed because he didn't have any of the "normal" signs but that is Nathan.  It is contagious, so we are not going many places for like a week.

I tried this week to remember to take pictures of Nathan while doing his stretches/therapy.
The first two are Nathan attempting to sit up.
Nathan holding his head up during tummy time.
We use the bear to identify the parts of the face as well as push the buttons and listen.  The bear said give me a hug, so I was trying to show Nathan how to hug the bear.

Science Spectrum
Jacen and I met Kim, Katelyn, Elizabeth, Briley, and Avery to play!!!  I somehow didn't get a picture of Katelyn, but everyone had fun!!!!
He actually figured out how to jump!!!!
Briley and Avery love the Tinker Toys!!!
The strip the Davis boys are standing on makes the sounds, but Jacen was more interested in watching the lights :)
The circle part of the table is spinning, so when you put something on it it slings the item off.  The boys loved it!!!!
Jacen after Science Spectrum, after lunch, after not going to sleep during nap.  He finally crashed on our bed watching cartoons while I fed Nathan at 3pm.
Jacen with his new See 'n Say
Laura came over Friday evening to make plates with the boys footprints.  She is working on the design while Jacen plays with her phone :)
Patches watching over his "Baby"

Wow!! They are getting so big! I love the pic of Nathan looking at patches. Too cute!! He is doing great with tummy time and he is sitting really good. It was fun to see how much jacen likes to explore and play. Always so glad to see the updates. Hope the RSV is better!!
