July Part 5 - Science Spectrum, Swimming, Hospice Grief Camp, and More!

7-25-17 Katie, Jacen's piano teacher, gave him a lego type grand piano for winning a game at his piano lesson.  He had a lot of fun putting it together with Mommy!  Then that afternoon we went to the library to turn in his Summer reading challenge log!!!

7-27-17 Jacen invited his friend Karson to play at Science Spectrum.  I think their favorite parts were the bubbles and making paper airplanes!!!!

7-28-17 Still making and throwing paper airplanes!  Then it was off to Sun N Fun to meet up with the Stanleys.  We also saw the Smiths!

Then that evening it was time for Hospice Grief Camp out at Spirit Ranch.  Jacen has gone for 4 years now.  I appreciate Hospice of Lubbock for providing this opportunity for children who have lost loved ones!!!

7-29-17 The next morning after dropping Jacen back off at Hospice Grief Camp, Kyle and I went to breakfast at Pancake House.  It was wonderfully yummy!!  Then for afternoon snack we went to Crave!!  We returned in time to see the Water War and Balloon release at Grief Camp.

July Part 4 - Swimming, Drum Warrior Camp, and More!!!

7-18-17 More Pictures from Drum Warrior camp!  They made their own drums, crafts, and learned 3 songs!!!

7-19-17 Drum Warrior Camp practice!!!  Then we went to PetSmart to get dog food, so of course we had to look at the animals!  That evening was the Drum Warrior Camp performance where they played the drums they made as well as the Djembes!  They played "Diamonds" by Hawk Nelson, March to the Beat of a Different Drum by Blanca, and "More than Conquerers" by Rend Collective.  Thank you to Kathy for holding an awesome camp for the kids!

7-20-17 Stacking pillows and falling on them at the hotel!!!  And then back at home the dog was snuggled in the bed :)

7-21-17  Playing videos games, swinging, blowing bubbles, and playing with chalk!!!

7-22-17 Jacen playing in the boxes :)  Then that evening we had pizza and movie night!!!

7-23-17 Swimming at Sun N Fun as a family!!!  Jacen and Daddy had fun spraying each other and getting splashed by the bucket of water!!! Then to the playground near by Sun N Fun to play.  That evening we went to uSwirl for frozen yogurt!!!
