Spring Break 2016 - Goldthwaite

Then it's cake time! I chose Black Forest Cake!!! The kids helped me blow out the candles!

March Pics Part 1

3-4-16 Foster Parent Night Out at church. We help out every other month with this event. Foster parents can drop of their foster kids while they have an evening out. We have a fun time playing with the kids! This pic was towards the end of the evening when we got all of the 15 3-5 year olds to sit still for a movie! Of course the faces are not shown for privacy purposes.

3-5-16 They talked about New Year's Resolutions in Jacen's class at school. He decided that his resolution would be to paint a picture for each grandparent for his/her birthday. We are not good with resolutions at our house, so we missed MiMi's, but we painted Grandma's on her actual birthday. Maybe we can keep up the rest of the year. We will see! Grandma requested a picture of our family. MiMi requested an Easter egg!

3-5-16 Daddy and Jacen went to the movie Zootopia at Alamo Drafthouse. For the opening weekend, they had a petting zoo, coloring activity, and masks :) They had a lot of fun!!

3-7-16 For my birthday week, Kyle brought me home presents each day!!! He is a very sweet and kind husband!

3-10-16 We celebrated my birthday early since Jacen and I would be traveling to Goldthwaite for Spring Break on my birthday. We started out at Chuy's and finished by eating Frozen Yogurt!!

2-17-16 Jacen with some of his classmates saying the pledges during morning announcements! He is the 2nd one from the right. Not sure why my TV in my room did that unless it was a sign to stop taking pics and say the pledges with my class! Oops!

2-19-16 We finally got around to going to Hobby Lobby to get Jacen a paint set. He made a New Year's resolution at school that he wanted to paint his grandparents a picture for their birthday. We are only a few behind so far. Oops!
