Playgroup last Friday at the park.  Thanks to the Mays for bringing the tricycles and sharing!!!

Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Jeremy, and Aunt Samantha bought him a Little Tykes truck, but he wasn't being very patient about them putting it together.  He wanted to play now!!! :)

Jacen had his 2 year old appointment this week.

Height - 37 3/4 in - off the chart

Jacen's 2nd Birthday - Part 2

Thank you to Stephanie Medina's Mom (Alison) for making the Dino Dan cake and cupcakes!!  They were wonderful!!!

Jacen acted very much like a 2  year old!!!!  He didn't want us to sing, and he would only eat the dino off the top of the cupcake and not the cupcake itself.

But he did like the balloons :)

Jacen refused to open presents, so all the other kids opened presents for him!!!  Wow that was crazy!  Thanks to Kristin and Margaret for getting all of the gifts written down!!!!

Jacen's 2nd Birthday - Part 1

On Jacen's actual birthday, we began celebrating with doughnuts and chocolate milk!!!

Later on in the afternoon, we had cupcakes and presents!!!!

Granny B and PawPaw sent books because they weren't going to be able to make the birthday party.

That morning, Kyle and I went to Nathan's grave to place flowers, pray, sing, and read.

 That evening, we took the lambs that were bought by our family and us to NICU in Nathan's honor.  If you click on the 2nd picture, you can read the note.

We enjoyed getting to see the nurses that we knew that were on duty.  We appreciate all of the wonderful nurses in NICU.  We hope that maybe the small gifts to the families and babies will make someone's day.
