Christmas Trip Part 1 - Universal Studios!!!!

12-22-18 We left early Saturday morning for Orlando, Florida!!!!  Jacen is still fascinated by the planes.  He focused on the loading and unloading of the luggage.  Once we arrived in Orlando, we rode the Magical Express to Pop Century Resort at Walt Disney World.

12-23-18 On Sunday morning we Ubered over to Universal Studios to spend time at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!  We spent all day in the two Harry Potter areas!  Thanks to Kaci Scott for our awesome shirts!  We had a blast this day!

We started our morning in Diagon Alley at Harry Potter and The Escape from Gringotts ride!

Then we headed over to King's Cross Station to ride the Hogwarts Express over to Hogsmeade!

We started our fun in Hogsmeade on the Flight of the Hippogriff ride!

Then it was on to the castle to ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey!

Once we rode the three rides, it was time to explore around Hogsmeade!

Jacen wanted new robes and a scarf for Christmas, so of course we let him have it early to wear today!  He bought himself a new wand!

We rode the Hogwarts Express back over to Diagon Alley to explore there.

We did the wand experience here as well like we did in California, but Jacen wasn't picked this time.

December 2018 Part 2 - Greatest Showman Movie party at Alamo, Grandma came to visit, Jacen's class Christmas party and more!

12-14-18 Mommy and Jacen night of shopping, eating Urban Brick, and finally Urban Dessert Works!

12-15-18 Mackenzie invited her teachers to watch her Gymnastics Showcase.  Mrs. Britt and I were both able to go.  She did great!

12-16-18 Greatest Showman Movie party at Alamo Drafthouse!

12-18-18 Santa hat and sweatpants day for Jacen!  Jacen showing Grandma how his hydraulic claw works!  Then they started another Kiwi Crate building a planetarium!

12-19-18 Showing Grandma the Lego train to start the day.  It was Christmas hat, ugly Christmas sweater and Christmas sock day for Jacen's class!  Jacen and Grandma finished the planetarium!  They also played with the Lego train set some more along with the train station! Grandma also brought us Christmas gifts!  We all got candy, Jacen got money and a Disney giftcard for our trip, and Kyle and I got Urban Dessert Works giftcards!

12-20-18 Santa hat and Christmas shirt day for Jacen's class as well as Christmas party day!  Grandma was able to go to his party and took lots of fun pics and a video!

12-21-18 We took a yellow Poinsettia out to the cemetery for Nathan this afternoon.  Jacen wore pajamas for Pajama Day at school.  Jacen chose a Fantastic Beasts Christmas ornament this year and Kyle picked out a nice ornament in memory of Nathan this year.  Then we spent time packing clothes for our trip the next day.  We stopped though to meet the Stanley's at Urban Dessert Works since they were in town!
