Every Day is a New Day

We don't have anything new to report this week medically. We will have their 1 year appointments next week, so we will have stats then. Yay!!!! We are getting ready for their birthday party tomorrow. We have family coming in, last minutes things to buy, and Grandma will finish decorating the cakes when they get here.

Jacen

Jacen loves Daddy's sunglasses :)

Jacen decided this week that watching Patches from the door was getting boring, so he finally ventured out the back door. He thought the mud clumps were very interesting and might even be tasty.

He still loves books and turning pages.

Patches and Jacen playing tug.

We bought a play yard in hopes of keeping Jacen out of things while I feed Nathan since it sometimes takes a while and Jacen has decided that he doesn't always want to nap when I feed Nathan anymore. I have found that the play yard works for about 15 minutes and then he is ready to get out. Not long enough :(

Jacen enjoying roast, potatoes, and carrots.

He is still getting into everything, and he isn't afraid of anything.

Nathan

Nathan has been doing steam treatments for his allergies and congestion.

Mommy and Nathan snuggle time.

Tummy Time - Notice Patches is always nearby :)

Bath Time - He still prefers swaddle baths.

Tummy Time on his new mat. I wonder why he scoots to the corner?

Another Stroller Picture - Neither one was interested in a picture :)

Happy Birthday Nathan and Jacen

We celebrated the boys' birthdays today just the four of us. We are having their party next Saturday. So we gave them each a gift and then some items from family that can't make it to the party. It was a great but tiring day!!!!!

Presents - Daddy picked the wrapping paper so it is Spiderman :)

Veggie Tales movies and a marble to start a marble collection

Cards from the Mail - Thank you Granny Sue, Grandma Wanda, and CVS
Bear and Card from our friends at Hospice

Jacen still isn't sure about opening gifts.

We got him a play kitchen. He loves doors and my kitchen items. We will see if he plays with it or continues to play with random items.
