This Week in Review
We didn't do much this week that gave many new kinds of pictures but of course I still took lots of pictures. Patches had a growth removed from one of his paws, so he has to wear a cone on his head so he won't mess with it. Nathan had bloodwork and one doctor appointment. The bloodwork is looking about the same, so the kidneys are still functioning at 20%. Dr. Brown didn't change his phenobarbital because we haven't seen any seizures. Yay!!!!! ECI is continuing to work with the boys. We did have some pictures made of the boys on Tuesday. Hopefully we will get those soon!!!!! Thanks Tierney, Staci, and Kristin for arranging that.
Let's both look at the same toy.
Patches and Jacen watching each other.
Nathan wasn't sure what Jacen was about to do.
Watching the camera.
Our 2nd walk and Daddy went too!
Jacen is really learning to purposefully grab now.
Jacen lounging in Daddy's recliner.
Jacen likes to use his hands to grab things like blankets and toys.
Nathan loves to watch TV.
Nathan happy in the swing.
Nathan isn't sure about the Bumbo.
We have found that Nathan likes another place to lounge - the floor :)

Halloween 2009
We stayed home this Halloween because there are so many illnesses going around. Some of the girls in our Sunday School class gave the boys pumpkins with outfits and books in them. We took pictures in their outfits in front of our house where the girls set up fall decorations for us. Thank you for helping us to make the boys first Halloween memorable.
This Week in Pictures
We have learned this week that Nathan doesn't like to be held as much anymore. He likes to "sit up" and look around. He likes to sit on the couches, recliner, and bumbo seat. He will even sleep in those places. I also caught Nathan actually holding his head up during tummy time. Jacen still loves to smile, and he is getting better at holding his toys. He has "red boxing gloves"or splints on his hands to keep him from holding his hands in the fist position (ECI).
