July 2024 - Part 2 - LA Mission Trip

July 6 - July 14, 2024

The high school youth group from Monterey went to Los Angeles for their yearly mission trip.  They prepped and served food at the Hope Center, did construction renovations at Purpose LA, at The Center Hollywood they had coffee and visited with people, at Venice Beach they served a picnic lunch and visited with people, and on Skid Row they served breakfast and visited with the people, at another food kitchen they prepped and served food,  and did VBS at Watts Powerhouse Church.  There aren't that many pics of them serving because they were expected to keep their phones put away, but there are some good evening pics!

July 2024 - Part 3 - Jennifer and Emma, Jacen and Mom Day, Family Time, and More!

July 17-20, 2024 Jennifer, my friend who is a missionary in Africa, and Emma came to visit!!!  We went to Science Spectrum, played at the house, and went to see Moana Jr at Moonlight Musicals!
