CHRISTMAS!!!

Our first celebration was with Grandma and Grandpa. They visited the 23rd and 24th. We enjoyed wonderful Mexican food, visiting, playing, and of course opening presents!!!!

Second Christmas

Jacen and Nathan opened presents from our sweet friends David, Kim, and Katelyn AND Hailey, Tom, and Michelle. Thank you all for your kindness!!!!

On Christmas Eve, we loaded up in the car to go see Christmas lights!!!

Christmas Morning

We had a great morning with our little family. We had a wonderful breakfast of blueberry pancakes thanks to Kyle. Then we opened presents. Jacen still doesn't get the concept of opening presents. He wanted to play with the fire station that Grandma and Grandpa gave him. We finally convinced him to open a present from us, and he wanted to play with it. He didn't understand us taking it away to open another present.

We concluded Christmas Day by reading the Christmas Story as a family that evening!!!!

Play Time, Bath Time, Science Spectrum, and Santa Land

We hope that everyone has a Very Merry Christmas!!!!

We have a special prayer request. Nathan's blood work on Monday showed irregularities in his liver enzymes. We will go in on Monday for more blood work and a liver sonogram. Prayers for us during this time would be appreciated!

Jacen loves to play with Patches and try to pet and kiss him. Patches usually runs away :)

Tummy Time :)

Jacen now knows how to turn the water off and on. You will notice he is trying to do this without standing up because he knows that will get him in trouble :)

Laura came to visit and had a new phone that has kid games on it. Jacen had lots of fun playing!!!!

Science Spectrum

Laura, Jacen, and I went to Science Spectrum. The water table was open after a month of cleaning. Jacen loved that and the firetruck.

Santa Land

Monday we went to Santa Land. It was fun to see what everyone was talking about. We had never been and didn't know what to expect. It was very crowded, and we didn't wait in line for Santa. The displays were cute :)
